...I believe that is a Jr. Lennon was playing and the second pickup was a mod,as I have never seen a factory two pickup Junior...

I'm pretty sure that it's in the John Lennon Museum in Saitama, outside of Tokyo Japan.
I was there 4 years ago, and I'm have a vague memory of the display case. At the time I was much more interested in his Casino and Rickenbackers :spin

It's at the JL museum in Tokyo right now. It was at the R`n R HoF for a while in 2002 along with his "army" shirt. I had a chance to look at it really close. Originally it was a sunburst and he had it stripped and added the CC pickup, p.u. selector switch and had the T-O-M added as well.
